I need a professional bookkeeper who has excellent skills with QuickBooks. Bookkeeper must speak English and be able to do bookkeeping for 2 commercial rental properties (both which are; mobile home parks with about 40 tenants each) and 2-3 vacation rental properties (each which host about; 10-20 guests each month.) We will need monthly input of all deposits and expenses itemized, profit and loss, balance sheet and assistance with annual tax preparation. Bookkeeper will not have access to pay any bills. I need someone that has a fast computer and a good internet connection to update a spreadsheet daily... but it is HUGE...(about 300Mb)... and VERY complicated... not complicated to update but complicated formulas that take a lot of computing power to calculate... so I need someone that has a PC with Excel 2013 and at least a 3.0GHz processor and at least 12GB RAM... and a decent internet connection that is not going to take FOREVER to download/upload a 300Mb file I have a core i7-4930K 3.4GHz (6 core - 12 thread) with 24GB RAM (1600MHz) and it comes pretty close to crashing my machine.... it has several sheets with several hundred thousand rows each and a lot of formulas If you're wondering how fast your machine is go to your file browser... right click on "My Computer" or "This PC"... click on "Properties"... and look in the "System" section... if you didn't already know how to do this... your computer is probably not fast enough. So I need someone to run several different reports/exports online... and copy/paste data into it every day (for the previous day) by 8:00am MST
