I am have a Micrologix 1100 PLC I need to program quickly. I have some experience with PLC but would like someone with more expertise to help me jump start the project. I need someone that can help me program remotely. The project includes the following - 3 Analog pressure sensor that attache to a 4 channel analog module - A flow meter that supports modbus - A density meter that supports modbus - Have the 3 pressure sensors, flow meter and density meter display their values on a LED message display (similar to the construction singes you see on the side of the road). -Log the collected data to to a computer so that people can download the values to a CSV/Database file for graphing and reporting. (I can handle the graphing and reporting)

I am looking to finish my current project of the WiFi module ESP-12 to control GPIOS remotely. I had so far an Indian Guru supposedly working on this project but at 50% he drop out and for a low budget according to HIM after making first agreement. He did not keep his proud together. I am a student and need to complete this project for a low cost. I need to finish the AUTOMATION for the GPIOS, so when I set a time to turn ON/OFF the Gpios will be automated. the box fileds are already created only need is to write code for this. also need to send SMS and email when Inputs or outputs are trigger. and set inputs refreshment every 3 sec. So If you are Indian not into not keeping your promise, please do not apply for this task, or any other nationality that do not know about the ESP-12 module, I am just UPSET of this unkindly-unskilled developers

Hello, I need help developing hardware alarm blocks for the following part numbers: 6ES7215-1AG40-0XB0 - S7-1215C DC/DC/DC 6ES7 241-1CH30-1XB0 - RS485 Communication Signal Board 6ES7 231-5PF32-0XB0 - 8 Channel Analog RTD Card 6ES7 231-4HF32-0XB0 - 8 Channel Analog Input Card 6ES7 231-4HD32-0XB0 - 4 Channel Analog Input Card 6ES7 232-4HD32-0XB0 - 4 Channel Analog Output Card The code should be written in TIA Portal V13 SP1. I am looking for each of the cards mentioned above to have a separate FB. The inputs to each FB should be something like this: Inputs: En (Enable) Hardware Address (HW_ANY) Outputs (Example 4 Channel Input Card) Card Fault (Status Word) Card Fault (Boolean) Channel0 Fault (Boolean) Channel0FaultCode (Word) If this exists Channel1 Fault (Boolean) Channel1FaultCode (Word) If this exists Channel2 Fault (Boolean) Channel2FaultCode (Word) If this exists Channel3 Fault (Boolean) Channel3FaultCode (Word) If this exists You will probably have to use blocks like: Get_IM_Data DeviceStates ModuleState GET_DIAG The goal of each block is to determine card faults and what channel is faulted. We are trying to catch mis-wiring errors. I will choose 2 applicants and pay them to produce the code for this card: 6ES7 231-5PF32-0XB0 - 8 Channel Analog RTD Card Based on the results, timeliness, and quality, I will award the rest of the work to that freelancer. I will need all these blocks created in < 5 days. I have a very tight timeline on this.

Want to get an Electronic Data Sheet AOP built for an ABB ACS880 drive for ControlLogix over EtherNet/IP. Version 20 and later of Rockwell RSLogix5000 supports the following: Electronic Data Sheet AOP This feature allows select devices that have properly configured EDS sheets to integrate directly with Logix without the need for a device profile. This improves the flexibility of the Integrated Architecture™ by providing a richer integrated experience to more devices. ABB already has an EDS file for their drive ACS880. It may not be the most clean but I want somebody to try this. There may be a few different EDS files we need to look at to make sure we have the correct one. I want to make the integration into a ControlLogix system very easy for an ABBACS880 using the ODVA Drive Profile. Currently I import the AOI and UDT's separately and build the drive in the IO tree manually using a generic ethernet module. According to our customer with an AOP the user when importing it will already contain the EDS and build out the tags with names like the UDT. So the manual step of importing an AOI, UDT, and EDS separately would not have to be done. I have an ODVA assembly instance I want to use along with the EDS file from ABB,

I am looking for a highly experienced architecht/developer who can help specify a system requirement for pulling data into a cloud database from a PLC, currently accessed via an EWON device. The PLCs are either Allen Bradley or Siemens. Do you have experience in this hardware and can help architect and/or build a solution to connect remotely, pull data and store it. That's phase 1 - which this project covers. Phase two is building a complex query and reporting system. Phase 3 will add in the control of the PLC into this system - allowing us to make data based decisions. Phase 4 will build in automation. Does this sound like something of interest? Please get in contact with CV and details of relevant work in these technologies. An NDA and interview will be required prior to commencement. The right person with a successful Phase one is expected to make a lasting contribution to this project. Please ask any questions.

Many electrical circuits on automobile required the switching of low voltage (nominally 12V) but relatively high current (up to 60A). As such, relays are commonly used to switch the circuits. If the relay(s) were to be replaced by a PLC then automation of a sub-system is easily implemented. The project is to prepare an outline design proposal to automate a subsystem using a Siemens LOGO PLC (type 6ED1 052-1MD00-0BA6) PLC. The PLC has four relay outputs, eight digital inputs two of which can be configured as analogue inputs. No additional expansion modules will be available for this project.
