We operate a tour business for up to 16 passengers to ride our mobile bar. We sell beer/wine via an order form that must be submitted at least 3 days before the tour. The form is currently required to be printed, filled out, scanned and emailed. A company employee must then input the order on the customers booking details which are held within our booking software as well as google calendar.
Via an online page, we want the customer to be able to 1) be verified that they have booked a tour (Name/email/date and time of tour) 2) access on online form and fill it out, restricting each guest to 4 drinks 3) pay for their product online, 4) sync the order form with their booking which is stored in google calendar and 5) send an email confirmation of the order to the customer.
Eventual improvements (not in scope of this offer) that would be requested are 1) ability for the customer who has access to the form to add users to the form so they can purchase their own drinks and 2) sync with square register app to forecast demand based on tour date/time and drink order and compare to current inventory so shortfalls can be identified.
