Looking for an experienced developer/team for a webapp to handle visual interaction response systems.
We provide our clients with Interactive Vocal Response systems ("If you want to speak with support, press 1", etc.) and the corresponding interaction services (phone, chat, etc.). Now, we want to provide our clients (the companies) with the option to offer their own clients (those looking for support, information, etc.) access to a similar system on the web through their mobile.
The flow is: our client's client calls our client's number and while waiting to speak with someone, receives an SMS with a personalized URL, which will allow them to open the webapp to monitor and control the current call.
You will develop this web app. The web app will allow communication with external platforms to control the media flow through APIs (for instance to switch waiting lines, retrieve the expected waiting time, etc.). The APIs are OUT OF SCOPE of this project but their integration with the web app should be flexible enough to accommodate varying situations (cf. Admin mock-ups).
Deliverables include: database, final client front-end, company front-end (to setup their own interactive visual system on our platform) and our back-end.
