Enterprise Suite integrations: Optimizing connectivity across the entire workforce ecosystem
Business leaders and hiring managers are navigating an increasingly complex web of specialized tools and platforms designed for workforce management. To deliver a more comprehensive and unified approach and bring business-critical platforms together, Upwork is launching a number of strategic partnerships with leading vendor management systems (VMS) and managed service providers (MSP). The first two of these partnerships are with SAP Fieldglass and Flextrack.
By combining the global network of skilled independent talent on Upwork and cutting-edge technology with powerful VMS platforms like SAP Fieldglass and Flextrack, we are providing enterprises access to a comprehensive end-to-end solution to source and hire expert independent talent. Enterprise customers will gain direct access through the VMS to the global pool of talent across more than 10,000 skills in over 180 countries available on our work marketplace.
At the same time, connecting to a VMS will centralize and streamline workforce management, onboarding, and payment into existing workflows and one system. These VMS partnerships will mitigate risks of departmental hiring outside of existing procurement processes, provide comprehensive control over sourcing and hiring, and reduce extraneous approvals and hiring workstreams.
We are also extending platform integration capabilities requested by our customers with leading human resources information systems (HRIS), applicant tracking systems (ATS), procurement, and recruitment platforms. These integrations, coupled with a robust set of APIs, enable our Enterprise Suite to work seamlessly across an enterprise’s entire workforce ecosystem. They will deliver the overarching transparency, efficiency, and compliance with internal processes and policies that enterprise organizations require, and these integrations will enable hiring managers to connect and optimize the way they source, hire, and engage global independent talent within systems and tools they know and trust.
As we continue to help our largest enterprise customers—including Microsoft, Airbnb, and Nasdaq—scale and flex their workforces, we will continue to expand our integration capabilities. This will further empower these businesses to effectively optimize and connect their workforce management tools into one seamless, comprehensive ecosystem and drive greater business success.

With the new dashboard, Enterprise Suite customers are able to connect to talent more quickly and gain access to important information that helps them stay abreast with what their team has going on.
Here’s a closer look at the enhancements in the new dashboard:
- Faster access to Expert-Vetted talent. The dashboard highlights the best of the best on Upwork, granting enterprise customers quick access to Expert-Vetted talent—the top 1% of talent on Upwork—across categories including AI & Machine Learning; Web, Mobile & Software Development; Design & Creative; and Sales & Marketing.
- Spend metrics. Complemented by recent reporting improvements, customers can track spend metrics, providing a clear, consolidated view into their team’s overall Upwork usage and spend.
- Easy onboarding. Self-service resources are now available to help hiring managers throughout an organization onboard onto Upwork’s Enterprise Suite.
- Summary section. Easily visible in the dashboard, a new summary section gives customers one-click access to all job posts, offers, and contracts.
- Elevated 24/7 support. Customers can request support from dedicated agents available 24/7 via a ‘Get Help’ feature, in addition to on-demand help center resources available across their hiring journey.
Lastly, we are excited to expand the availability of our generative AI-powered job post generator to our enterprise customers, helping them draft job posts quickly and easily to make hiring faster. Coupled with our powerful matching system, our job post generator can help enterprise hiring managers find the right talent, smarter and faster.
