Automation Designer for Accounting Workflows

We are seeking an operations/automation designer to create a simple, reliable system to automate mundane accounting workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience using AI to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes. Responsibilities include designing and implementing low-code/no-code automation solutions, integrating AI tools, and ensuring seamless workflow execution across our specific tech stack: - Property Management: OwnerRez - Accounting: QuickBooks Online (QBO) - Merchant Services / CC Processing: Lynnbrook and EPX Our Core Pain Points: Booking Sync: Automating the flow of financial booking data and guest totals from OwnerRez into QBO without manual entry. Deposit Reconciliation: Using AI/automation to handle the "net of fee" deposits from Lynnbrook and EPX so our actual bank deposits match up seamlessly with QBO invoices. NOTE: We are NOT looking for custom software built from scratch. BUDGET: We are looking to start with a brief, paid hourly discovery session so you can review our OwnerRez and QBO setups. Once a clear automation blueprint is established, we prefer to transition the actual build phase into a fixed-price contract with milestones.
