We're looking for a sharp, data-driven performance marketer to scale free trial signups for our B2B SaaS product using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. It's a self-serve subscription tool for founders and small teams, think "software that replaces a $3K/mo agency," priced at $99/mo flat with a 3-day free trial. **YOUR GOAL** Acquire high-quality free trial signups at or below $35 per signup, with $50 as the acceptable ceiling during the first 60 to 90 days while we're still gathering conversion data. **KPIs** - Cost per trial signup: target $35, ceiling $50 during the initial testing phase - Monthly trial signups: 40 to 60 in month 1 to 2 while we test and learn, scaling to 150+ by month 3 to 4 once creative and targeting are proven - Trial-to-paid conversion tracked weekly and shared both directions. This is a joint metric that drives whether we can afford to scale spend, not something you're penalized for alone - Daily reporting on spend, CPL, and creative performance - Creative testing cadence above the typical 3 to 5 concepts a week, since production is handled by our internal tool Starting monthly ad budget is $1,500 to $3,000/mo, with a path to $5,000+/mo once CPL and trial-to-paid numbers hold up. One thing worth knowing going in: Meta's own delivery system wants roughly 50 conversions a week per ad set to stabilize. At this budget level expect some early noise. We're optimizing for real signal over vanity smoothness. **WHAT WE PROVIDE** - Around 10 starter creatives ready to launch on day one, so you're not starting from a blank account - An internal tool for producing and pushing out creatives at volume, so creative production is not the bottleneck Each concept still gets a real, well-funded read before we call it a winner or a loser. Meta's delivery mechanics don't change just because production is faster. **COMPENSATION** Setup is up to 5 hours paid at hourly rate. This covers strategy, first campaign build, and pixel and conversion tracking setup. Then, ongoing work is a fixed monthly retainer. On top of the retainer, a monthly performance bonus tied only to CPL and trial volume. We're not tying bonuses to trial-to-paid conversion or lead quality. That's shaped by our product and onboarding, not your targeting. We cover all Meta ad spend directly and separately from your fees. We typically start with an initial 3-week contract to confirm fit before extending longer term. **REQUIREMENTS** - Proven experience growing trial signups for a self-serve subscription product via paid Meta ads. B2B SaaS strongly preferred over ecommerce or media/newsletter experience, the buying psychology is different - Strong understanding of landing pages, lead magnets, and signup flows, and comfort giving conversion-rate feedback on ours - Ability to iterate fast and scale what works without needing hand-holding - Fluent in ad copywriting and headline hooks for a B2B or founder audience **HOW TO APPLY** Start your message with the letter "Y" and include: 1.
