Important note: A grave misunderstanding sent me from 100% job success to 64% overnight. A client changed his mind on a project, still paid me for my work and we left on good terms. After writing me a good review, he selected that the project was not completed without knowing that it would affect my score (the work was not completed because he changed his mind and decided to postpone his project). The client tried to change this but it did not work. We both contacted Upwork and they flat out refused to restore my score. Hi there! :) I'm an art teacher and visual artist looking for new opportunities. I am particularly interested in exploring in the field of voice-overs and voice recording. I have a bit of experience doing voice recordings and would love to expand on this skillset. I plan and teach my own art classes as a freelance worker, operating out of various community spaces, artist-run centres and seasonal workshops. Over the past 8 and a half years, I've taught classes to hundreds of people between the ages of 4 and 93. To say I have an eye for detail is an understatement; I tailor-fit all of the lesson plans and projects I create for each group I am work with, taking their individual interests and skill levels into account. I go above and beyond simply conveying information in a way that is easy to understand, I strive to genuinely connect with my students and meet their needs.
