While I'm new to Upwork, I'm NOT new to the design world. I have been an Interior Architect Designer for over 20 years. I'm offering a DISCOUNTED Hourly rate of $55 per hour for the first 6 clients, then I'll return to my standard rates of $75 to $125 per hour for all the different services provided. My experience includes full interior design services, new custom build outs, remodeling, model homes and apartments, staging, multi-family full complex renovations, clubhouses, outdoor kitchens and pergolas, and so much more. You dream it, I'll help you design it! You will receive exceptional designs with attention to the details using the newest tech from Chief Architect and AutoCAD and all of my substantial resources and vendors collected over 20 years.
WHAT YOU GET:
- Up to 2 Hours of Initial Consultation (by Zoom, Phone call, or other preferred way)
- Initial Check List for Design/Renovation Needs per room/area
- Floorplans w/ Revisions
- Elevations
- 3D images
- FF&E (Fixtures, Finishes, and Equipment) Lists
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:
- If permits are required, research for your area will be done to make sure everything is to local codes.
- If exterior work, outdoor structures, and/or additions are part of the project, revisions to the Plat may be necessary for HOA/POA/Local Architectural Committees/Zoning Permitting approval.
- Full Set of Working Drawings to provide to Architect, Builder, Electrician, Plumber, Permitting, Etc.
Includes: Demo Plan, Revised Floorplan, Electrical/Plumbing Plan, RCP (reflective ceiling plan), Elevations of all relevant walls, cabinets, carpentry build-outs, etc., materials list, and 3D renderings for visual reference.
KITCHEN & BATH REMODELING/DESIGN: (In additional to the design, layouts, renderings, and elevations)
- Prepared cabinet list for ordering from your preferred Cabinet Maker
- Materials Check List for fixtures, appliances, and lighting that will be needed
INTERIOR DESIGN:
- Assist you in the selecting and sourcing of colors, finishes, flooring, fabrics, furniture, art, accessories, lighting, etc.
- Create lists of required pieces per room for you to shop from
- Create furniture layout plans
- Create mood and inspiration boards
- Assist in Ordering
- Assist in Installation (on-site, travel may be required)
With extensive knowledge in building and remodeling, I have an advantage in understanding the possible issues your project may encounter and am able to offer practical design solutions.

Houston, TX based, but can work remotely via all the fabulous tech that is available to us today. Travel w/in Texas and Louisiana is doable by car (within a 4 hour drive) all other travel within the US and Abroad is by plane. Expenses are paid for by the client. I've had clients in CA, NY, NJ, Long Island, Montana, Colorado, Louisiana, Tahoe, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Corpus Christy, Mumbai, Dubai, Doha, Abuja, and MORE!
