The practical difference: I build models the way investors and buyers actually read them. Three-statement models, driver-based forecasts, board and KPI reporting, valuation (DCF, comps, LBO), and diligence-ready financials ahead of a raise or a sale. Everything is built from scratch around the real drivers of your business, whether that's a bookings to ARR build on a SaaS model or unit economics, inventory, and capex on a hardware ramp. I don't work from templates, and investors can tell when a model came from one.
