Hello, I'm a fractional CMO with over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, specializing in SaaS, technology, and professional services. I help B2B companies grow their revenue, brand awareness, and customer loyalty by creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies. As a fractional CMO, I act as your strategic marketing partner, providing executive leadership and guidance for your marketing function. I work with you to understand your business goals, challenges, and opportunities to design a customized marketing plan that aligns with your vision and budget. I also oversee the implementation and measurement of the marketing plan, ensuring that you get the best results and ROI from your marketing efforts. Some of the services I offer as a fractional CMO are: • Marketing audit and analysis • Marketing roadmap and budget • Marketing team structure and hiring • Marketing technology selection and optimization • Branding and positioning • Content marketing and SEO • Social media and email marketing • Lead generation and nurturing I have successfully helped B2B companies achieve their marketing and growth objectives, ranging from startups to enterprises. Some of my notable achievements include: • Increasing website traffic by 3000% for a startup business unit 6 months • Designed brand from scratch and populated a comprehensive content library to educate and convince persona targets that this new solution was a viable alternative in the market • Developing and executing a go-to-market strategy that changed a cybersecurity company’s market message and outbound campaigns significantly within a few weeks of engagement I have also generated market attention for the companies I have worked for: • The company needed to show a higher TAM to increase company value for acquisition. Appointed to run marketing, product management, and engineering as functional CMO/CPO for a new government business unit. Created a new product brand and ran R&D in a DevOps cadence with monthly releases to launch a new product to market in six months. Grew business to a high of $47M with over 20,000 monthly hits on just four web pages with a marketing investment of less than 100k for a combination of events and Google/LinkedIn Ads. • The company was a distant fourth in its market and needed to gain mindshare to grow its business and raise the stock price. In addition to my VP of Product Management role, I was handed the VP of Marketing position and asked to raise the company's profile. I Invented a methodology for tracking Netflix episode-watching on broadband networks using the company’s existing capabilities. I launched a new blog, harvesting tens of thousands of blog views and earned media mentions, establishing the company as the market expert on the Netflix video streaming revolution, and even booking a live interview for the CEO on Bloomberg News. The company was nominated for Best Public Company by Light Reading, and revenue increased from $19M to $75M over the next three years. • The tech downturn of the 2000s forced the company to lay off more than half its staff and raise additional capital from VCs. As the functional CMO/CPO of the company, the CTO and I pivoted the product development to the Unlicensed Mobile Access (UMA) market, revitalized the buzz around the company by winning a Light Reading Product Test for Carrier Class IPSec VPN technology, and secured an OEM deal with Alcatel that enabled us to raise additional $43M in funding from existing VCs and new investment from One Equity Partners that led to an eventual merger. If you're looking for a fractional CMO or content creator who can help you take your B2B marketing to the next level, I'm the right person. I'm flexible, reliable, and easy to work with. I'm available for part-time or project-based engagements. I'm also open to long-term or ongoing collaborations. I'm passionate about B2B marketing and always eager to learn new skills and trends. As a professional writer, I’ve written, edited, and published subject matter from peer-reviewed technical papers to marketing and advertising copy, from fiction and creative non-fiction to federal proposals. I follow the basic principle: don’t stop the reader regardless of the subject matter, business or creative writing. I provide developmental editing services to help organize manuscripts and business documents to ensure narrative, plot, characters, and dialog keep the reader engaged. Since 2013, I've run a read-and-critique writers' group for fiction and creative nonfiction using a hybrid of in-person and online meetings. The focus of the writers’ group is structural editing to improve the writing through a better understanding of structural editing and its impact on the reader. My eclectic experience enables me to work effectively with creative, business, and technical clients through clear communications and adherence to schedule and budget. I offer writing and ghostwriting services for projects across different subject matters. With over a decade of experience as a Sr. Proposal Manager and principal writer responding to federal, state, and local solicitations I develop compelling and accessible narratives with a single voice. I analyze RFPs/RFQs/RFIs, producing compliance matrices, while managing proposal schedule, working with BD teams and SMEs to develop compliant responses. I’ve authored and published peer-reviewed technical papers, presented in the US and Europe. I published papers on user interface design, multimedia, video editing and effects, multi-generational training, and simulation-based training systems for first responders. I have also published creative writing, creative non-fiction, essays, and short stories. A skilled desktop publisher with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, I also have extensive experience with graphic design and illustration, providing visualization services to augment my writing skills. Please feel free to reach out and discuss your project goals and requirements and see if we are a good match and schedule a follow-up call.Ghostwriting

As a professional creative writer, I understand that strong writing can take readers out of their tumultuous lives, give respite to weary, overstimulated minds, and invite them to process, and understand the mysteries of life through journeying along with resonant characters. The skills I possess include comprehension, organization, attention to detail, creativity, and focused follow-through. It’s important to me to produce the highest quality work. Therefore, my preference is to work with clients who seek excellence over abundance. The type of work I’m most interested in is storytelling. Whether it be flash fiction, short stories, novellas, or novels – I love bringing stories to life. I’m also interested in gaining more experience working on comics, animations, and scripts. My strengths lie in blending genres including horror, supernatural, thriller, dystopian, and exciting stories. I liken storytelling to musical compositions that play with space and time where the pace can nearly stop to strike a fatal chord or speed recklessly in a dizzying frenzy. My approach to storytelling is to follow the characters. To compose a good story is like excavating an archaeological site – it starts with a theory of the story and where it will go, but as you unearth details of the characters personalities, their motivations, associations, and as the world grows around key events – then the story becomes clear and impactful. Elements of stories that I’m not interested in writing (regardless of genre) encompass vivid gore, depravity, torture, sexual violence, the grotesque, and disgust. I’m not looking to write shocking things to jolt people. Each of the aforementioned topics, however, can be part of collaborated stories, not as the focal point, but as a device to express things such as horror. But I much prefer keeping these elements in the shadows akin to Hitchcock versus modern shock and awe. The collaboration process is simple. Communication must be clear and open. Ideas must flow freely. Constructive criticism must be expected and shared respectfully. My goal is to bring your story to life. My creativity and experience will organize the words for your approval. You always have free reign to rework parts of dialogue or sections to better reflect your vision. To that point, I cannot get into your head and see what you see – all I can do is interpret your notes. The last thing I’d like to speak to is pace and the time it takes to create. Most clients I’ve encountered (and passed on their stories) want the story written last week and have unrealistic expectations. As I said above, I’m looking to provide high quality, excellent work. Part of good story telling – really, the biggest part happens while processing. It’s like steeping tea, or (I’m told) aged wine. It’s always a shame to blast through something and wish it was different because it was rushed. If you’re still reading, then I think that shows a particular skill for keeping readers engaged. About me: My fascination with storytelling and conveying ideas has me consuming excessive amounts of varied media with great range. Anything from blockbuster to indie movies, classic novels to children’s books, to east and west philosophy, and copious amounts of documentaries. All this exposure to the human condition is what makes characters believable and atmospheres vivid. My first poems were published in an anthology when I was 17. At that age I also started playing in underground bands where by 18 we had a record deal with a record label based in Germany. I spent about 1997 to 2018 playing in bands, recorded over a dozen albums, toured the USA coast-to-coast a dozen times. Toured Canada and 9 countries in Europe. In 2014 I had a short story published in an anthology which caused me to begin to slow down with music and focus more on writing. In 2018 I was invited to share a short story at a live reading, which led to an invitation to share the same story on a radio show. Since 2022 I’ve published two short stories, a poem, and a novella. I also turned the novella into a radio play, which features myself as narrator, character actors reading dialogue, 88 sound effects, and I wrote seven instrumental songs that are set between the book’s chapters. I’ve performed the radio play live several times (Boston, Portsmouth, Portland among others) with illustrations projected, live readers, sound effects, and music. I’ve been hired also to write stories including a dystopian novel.Ghostwriting

Let’s be real—you're here because you need someone who can actually write. Not just string sentences together, but tell a story, rank on Google, and keep your readers from bouncing after paragraph two. Hi, I’m Nika—a blog writer with a knack for turning complex topics into easy-to-digest, engaging content that doesn’t sound like it was written by a robot (because it wasn’t). I’ve written: Ghostwritten SEO-optimized blog content for clients in mental health, wellness, and personal development. Articles on topics like anxiety, depression, mental health, and breaking stigma—backed by research, not fluff. Lifestyle and sustainability content (think: organic, eco-stays, permaculture, the good earthy stuff). I write with clarity, heart, and a little personality—because boring blogs are so 2012. My work is human-written (you’d be surprised how often that has to be said), optimized for SEO, and tailored to your audience. I don’t use AI tools to generate content—I am the tool. 😉 If you want blog posts that are well-researched, fun to read, and aligned with your brand, I’m your go-to. Let’s write something worth reading.Ghostwriting

Hi, my name is Xiana! I am an experienced creative writer. Throughout my education I have curated several pieces of fiction including, poetry, flash fiction, short stories, and creative adaptations. I have spent a lot of time working on a larger novel project in the young adult dystopian genre. Through this I have done lots of planning, outlining, workshopping, revisions, editing, and proofreading. I am looking to continue to work in this creative realm, working on fiction stories in the form of ghost writing, collaboration, or content creation.Ghostwriting
