We need a great guy or a girl, who is able to read code that is not always in it’s best form. And based on a personal judgement and some simple metrics (code churn, method length, bug rate and etc) - can improve code and add new features to it.

Technical skills that are required:
Ability to work in rails 3,4 and non-rails frameworks (roda, sinatra)
Understanding of relational database principles
Knowledge/experience in refactoring principles
Tech stack is pretty simple:
Redis, PostgreSql, Hstore, Sidekiq, Rails4, Rails 3, Sinatra, Roda, jQuery, bootstrap.
