Hello FreeLancers, I am a real estate broker and am looking to hire someone to create an 8 page 8.5" x 11" booklet called my "Seller's Guide" for print. I will supply: - Logo(s) - Color scheme - Content - My faceshot - Etc. You will supply: - 3 basic concepts for page layout and design for me to choose from, and then.. - Creativity - Vision / Ideas for improvement - Marketing Strategy / Great Ad copy With regards to the whole 'budget' they ask you to set. I put $250. Would I like to have it done cheaper? YES! Am I willing to pay more? YES! So I will weigh the whole value proposition. If you are not experienced and your designs are not that impressive then I probably would not hire you for $50. If your portfolio and resume simply knock my socks off and I believe hiring you would be well worth it I could go higher. I do not know what the market says a job like this is worth? Maybe I'm way low? Maybe I'm way high? Please let me know what you'll do this for or if you prefer hourly you can propose that and let me know the approximate number of hours.

PROBLEM STATEMENT: ConAgra Foods is a consumer packaged goods food company based out of Chicago, Illinois. In January 2013, ConAgra Foods acquired Ralcorp, a large, private-brands food manufacturer . Over the course of the next two years, ConAgra had numerous issues which spanned systems integration, supplier coordination, and employee education and retention. Ultimately, after buying Ralcorp for ~$5 Billion, ConAgra sold Ralcorp in late 2015 for ~$2.7 Billion . The reasons for this failure are numerous, but we would like to focus on what happened at ConAgra and how other companies in the past have used digital solutions to improve outcomes of mergers and acquisitions. NEEDS STATEMENT: We seek an executable digital technology plan to facilitate before and after M&A, which helps the target companies integrate into the mother company, in order to improve the chance of the success in M&A. QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED We seek solutions in the below work areas: Internal Solutions: 1) How have firms used enterprise 2.0, social media, and the human cloud to educate on systems and norms at the two companies internally following mergers & acquisitions? 2) How have firms used enterprise 2.0, social media, and the human cloud to internally share learnings from prior acquisitions?
