We want to create a simple visual way for data from a spreadsheet of assets and how they get distributed at death to be presented to clients with very little effort and formatting on our part. An example of the presentation is attached. We anticipate this is a 4 or 5 hour project for someone with really good excel to PowerPoint skills. We would want to email or talk with the person to go over the data. I have several files that I couldn't attach here, but we would want the Microsoft Excel information to be able to be entered into the spreadsheet and transferred to the Powerpoint presentation automatically.

Hello FreeLancers, I am a real estate broker and am looking to hire someone to create an 8 page 8.5" x 11" booklet called my "Seller's Guide" for print. You will supply: - 3 basic concepts for page layout and design for me to choose from, and then.. - Creativity - Vision / Ideas for improvement - Marketing Strategy / Great Ad copy With regards to the whole 'budget' they ask you to set. I put $250. Would I like to have it done cheaper? YES! Am I willing to pay more? YES! So I will weigh the whole value proposition. If you are not experienced and your designs are not that impressive then I probably would not hire you for $50. If your portfolio and resume simply knock my socks off and I believe hiring you would be well worth it I could go higher. I do not know what the market says a job like this is worth?
