We have created the content for a checklist (Word doc) that we will be providing to our clients. It is a simple checklist table, and we need someone to add a creative touch to make the checklist more visually appealing to our clients. The format needs to be in Word, PDF (Fillable) or PowerPoint, something that we can show a client in a presentation, print a paper copy, or email an electronic copy. Clients will be able to 'tick off' each of the steps that they have completed. We would like it to have some images, creative style etc., but use our branding and logo somewhere on the document. Attached is the Word doc template, please use this content (first 2 pages) in a design you believe will work well with clients.
