This is a well put together guide on building a syringe pump, using standard parts: syringes, arduino, stepper motors etc.
The design for it is in google sketchup and parts list on that page.
It has 0.5ul resolution on a 5ml syringe.
I need the design modified to support 150ml of fluid to be processed and resolution of .001 to .04ml. I think this could be done with a much finer pitch threaded rod and or servo with more steps, but I don't know much about what stepper motors. Ideally only one motor as I this is to be used with a special filter.
One possible design would be to have a giant syringe for the processed water driven by say a .5 to 1ml step, and a tiny one to run the processing at the super low flow.
Looking for someone to take the existing design, modify and ideally build it or at least come up with a complete parts list that I can easily have someone purchase.
