We are looking for a US Accounting partner (firm or individual), to work with our small business.
The main categories of work will be (these are ordered in the sequence we expect them to occur)
1) due diligence: work with us on Accounting due diligence - for other firms that we are seeking to partner with. This will include clear articulation of the business cash needs, working capital cycle, cost restructuring that can benefit us.
(I know this part is a bit cryptic: what does it mean when I say "other firms". We will provide more detail once we select an interested partner)
2) P&L and Balance sheet consolidation: for our own business, as well as the others that we are looking at.
3) Tax: advise us on tax matters; during structuring of deals, negotiating of contracts we are working on - as well as during tax season.
other tasks may also come up.
For understanding of regulations - the bidder will need to be a US-based person or firm.
If you would please provide any samples of work: prior (or dummy) P&L / Balance sheets, any presentations, anything that you are willing to show.
This will give us a feel - since it will be a remote working relationship.
