We are seeking an experienced CAD designer to create a detailed CAD drawing for an electrical contacting stage used in testing solar cells. One large component, a water-cooled Peltier temperature stage, is designed to 80% and needs to be finished off by you. The remaining parts, which include multiple spring loaded contacts and other parts, need design from the start. However, we do have photos, concept drawings and dimensions that should guide you. The overall design includes a gilded lifting mechanism actuated by a cam. The project is urgent and needs to be wrapped up to be send to manufacturing in one month. We prefer a weekly video meeting to check on the progress and to adjust / synchronise our thoughts. We do have experience in CAD, but would like to outsource increasingly more CAD work as our business grows. This work is a test case to evaluate different candidates. Our preferred CAD software is Fusion 360.
