Translator/French Canadian Content and Localization Specialist

I am a native French Canadian living in the US and I do translation (English to French), transcription, copywriting, editing and captioning. I studied and worked at first as an economist/analyst, and I possess experience in many fields. I have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. I've been doing translation and transcription professionally for over 5 years now, and I have a perfect master of the French language. I am very detail-oriented, I have a ton of experience in Internet research, I have the ability to communicate clearly, to work quickly and to complete work by a deadline. For transcription, I mainly work with legal documents, interviews, focus groups, seminars, international organization documentation, etc. I've been doing quality control for a contractor of Netflix, as well as lots of captioning.
