"This client said their only concern was to get the lowest cost VA possible and despite this red flag we took the contract, unfortunately that was our mistake! The client was extremely difficult to work with and would often vanish in communication for long periods of time. They ultimately left their other 2 VAs (not in our agency) 1 star reviews on Upwork and left our VA a 2 star review after suddenly ending the contract (after another one of their long periods of ghosting the communication channels). The clients business idea failed due to a lack of a business plan and they've blamed their poor leadership on the VAs. Every other client has appreciated our hard work and we hope that you will still consider working with 24K Agency despite this poor review which we feel is inaccurate."
