Customer Service Agent

My name is Pierre Witny Hennesy, and I studied computer science. With more than 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, in various environments such as real estate or E-commerce, I have developed skills and abilities. I got my first job in a Haitian company named KAYIMO. I worked as marketing agent for months, and then as a support agent for people without knowledge in computers. Afterwards, I worked in a Chinese company named Globalegrow. I worked in the LiveChat service department and the call center department it was a full-time job, for almost two (2) years. I also worked in a Canadian company named Acumen synergy, in the Data entry department and the call center department. I get used to handle online stores, for ex: Bakeem and MagicCepillo. Recently, I worked in another Canadian named Collab Digital, the job was to contact prospects in order to book an appointment with our sales team.
