I am experienced in Billing and there are times when management would pull me out to help them on Management Process Flow. I've been with Real Estate for 9 years as a Customer Service Officer and Customer Service Consultant for Call Center/Home-based and experienced as a virtual assistant for inbound, outbound and email support, content writer, Team Lead for lead generations, chat support. I also graduated with a degree in Commerce Major in Banking and Finance. I am very keen on details and I strive for improvement in whatever it is that I do.
