Immigration Paralegal

My name is Chiara, and I'm a Bilingual (ENG/SPA) immigration paralegal motivated by the idea that our work impacts people far beyond securing a work visa or a green card, and that passion is embedded into how I operate and approach every project I'm involved in. I'm an empathetic communicator with technical aptitude and extensive and ever-growing experience supporting US-based attorneys in preparing mainly family-based and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions/applications - including, but not limited to: H1-B, L-1A, TN, R1, O-1, EB-2, EB-2 NIW, immediate relative petitions, and a range of other immigration categories (such as U.S. citizenship). Additionally, my experience as a remote worker and participation in process improvements at past clients' firms has deepened my knowledge and interest in automation, legal technology, and specifically: the technical and social process of their implementation. Because of this, I enjoy setting up and working with softwares such as: MyCase, Cerenade, Docketwise, Pipefile, Asana, Clio, Notion, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly, MS Office, Google Workspace, iWork, Adobe Acrobat, and other similar tools. I can serve as a sole immigration paralegal service provider or extension of an in-house team to assist with any upcoming deadline or complex matter (RFEs, Motions to reopen, and similar).
