I help entrepreneurs get from their current state to some desired future state. I run a business consulting firm called The Business Sherpas because getting to a successful outcome is a lot like climbing a mountain. Sometimes that's strategy work like business plans, financial models, and go-to-market strategy, sometimes that's operational help like being a fractional COO or project management, and sometimes it's finding the right expert in a functional area to help you with one aspect of your business.
