China-based Product development and Sourcing specialist 10+ years

With over 23 years of working experience in electronic engineering, procurement, supply chain management and manufacturing, I helped hundreds of buyers to get their products made in China and in India. More information about our services can be found below: 1) ODM / OEM We are familiar with both existing and slightly to highly customised products. - Customised products – OEM Products to be improved by adding/modifying features that might potentially need opening of new molds and tools. - Existing products ODM - Products from suppliers with minor changes such as color changes, adding logos and work on customised packages. Some examples of product categories we have experience with: 1) Metal parts – stamping, extrusions, die casting, CNC, lathe 2) Plastic parts – injection molding, over-molding 3) Homeware, furniture, home decorations 4) Textile – apparel, home textile, clothing, shoes 5) Kitchenware – see my portfolio for our floating mug project 6) Electronics and electronic parts – household electrical appliances, cables, connectors, e-cigarettes, vaporizers, electronic toys, earphones, speakers, 3D printers, clocks, smart watch, ... 7) Internet of Things – innovative electronics and household electronic appliances 8) Glass and Ceramics 9) Silicone products 10) Jewelry 11) Electric fun vehicles – go-karts, segways Our China Sourcing & Supply Chain Management Services include: • Shortlist suppliers (using B2B platforms) • Receive and consolidate samples in our Shenzhen office for review • Visit factories • Manage orders and actions with constant communication via phone, chat, and emails with suppliers • Coordinate product inspections prior shipment with our Quality Assurance (QA) team • Provide quotes for shipping, and coordinate logistics until goods are delivered. • And more 2) Innovators / Startups With my engineering backgound, I am especially interested in new product development, as I love to connect with (hardware) startups and help to bring their products to life. Our in-house engineers can help with all stages of product development, from 3D sampling and prototyping to the creation of injection and/or silicone molding and tooling. We can help you with: - Partner selection and validation: strategy analysis, due diligence, technical & quality audit, testing plan review, prototype run, Design For Manufacturing (DFM) - Pre-production: obtaining certifications and compliance reviews for USA & Europe, tooling development follow-up, New Product Introduction (NPI) review, working instructions review, lab tests and project coordination - Production: first production sample review, order management, inspections, logistics - Supplier development: supplier on-site training for quality control, KPIs implementation on supply chain, performance analysis 3) FBA sourcing We are familiar with the Amazon's labelling and shipping requirements. We can help beginning FBA sellers who are searching for expertise in quality sourcing in China, as well as established e-commerce businesses that are looking to streamline, outsource, or increase the volume of their operations, or make use of business consulting to optimize their sourcing and supply chain management activities in China. 4) Quality inspection For quality inspection we have an independent quality assurance team. They can do inspections throughout China.
