As a former Foreign Legal Consultant, he has advised U.S. attorneys and law firms handling International cases. Mr. Sequeira has experience in both Common and Civil Law. He also has experience handling cases involving Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) and the Alien Tort Statute (ATS) and Human Rights. Mr. Sequeira is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA). His Mediation and Negotiation Services Corporation is government certified in California and is also Federally certified. Mr. Sequeira is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), International Trademark Association (INTA), American Society of International Law (ASIL), American Branch of the International Law Association (ABILA), and a legal counsel for the Christian Center for Human Rights (CCDH). He is a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters (NAMU-CFLA). Mr. Sequeira completed his Master’s in Intellectual Property Law and Entertainment Law at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
