Most apps don't fail because the product is bad. They fail because nobody finds them. I do ASO and Apple Search Ads for apps across fitness, fintech, utilities, and a few other categories. The problem I run into most often: the app is sitting on keywords it could rank for but doesn't, and the screenshots are converting at maybe half of what they should. Usually both at once. Keyword work — I build out the full semantic core. Not just the ten obvious terms, but the related queries, competitor gaps, and long-tail keywords that real users actually type. Then I figure out which ones are worth going after. Metadata — Titles, subtitles, descriptions written to hit the right queries without reading like a tag dump. Store algorithms and humans both have to find it readable. Visuals — Screenshots and icons aren't decoration.
