My work in photography focuses on events and live music. I work as the house photographer for a major Minneapolis venue, The Armory, and cover over 60 shows and events a year. I also contribute to major outlets including iHeart Radio, Twin Cities Media, and Premier Boxing Champions. My story... In 2016 after hearing a speech during a run, which I still listen to daily, I found the inspiration to give photography everything I could and I never looked back. Emailing dozens of bands a week, watching YouTube, reading blogs and web forums I soaked up what I could. Slowly I began shooting concerts on my own and after meeting local photographers I was given the opportunity to join a local publication, Twin Cities Media. The rest, is history. I pursue photography with a very simple mindset. Preserve the moments as they are fleeting and none is like another. Nor should any photograph be treated as such.
