My research and teaching practice allow me knowledgeably to prepare the model and to perform further analysis of the results. ✅ I work fast enough, but the development of mechanical or electromechanical products is not very quick process and has a lot of features, so I would like to clarify some conditions of my work. 1️⃣ Concept development. I make the concept of the mechanism (several options are possible). I want to note that the concept contains only basic details. It is intended to illustrate only an idea. It does not contain many small details. If it is necessary, I can do an animation of the mechanism work. This stage ends witch Our choosing and confirming the concept. 2️⃣ Sometimes it is necessary to perform a previous research to test operability of the basic idea. If such research is needed, we will discuss it separately. 3️⃣ I develop a precise and full model of the mechanism. I take into account a method of making parts, gaps and ways of mounting the individual parts. I opt material of the parts to be manufactured. This is a very important stage. Sometimes it happens that we have to make changes in the original concept. If this happens we will discuss this issue for approval. 4️⃣ Production of the prototype. I make a full set of drawings and other documentation required for the manufacture of the prototype. I strongly advise you that this step should be performed under my direct guidance. I have contact with a number of workshops for the manufacture of prototypes. But of course you will make the final choice. 5️⃣ The testing of the first prototype and adjustment of the original model if it required. Certainly the design of simple mechanisms doesn't require going through all the stages. ✅ Regarding the timing of the work. Unfortunately, at the beginning of work , I can not say anything for sure.
