A remarkable experience working in the accounts & finance department in different donor-funded development projects and international (US Pharmacopeia, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), Save the Children International and Democracywatch) NGO’s. I have experience on • Different donor-funded project budget preparation and forecasting as per agreement. • Budgeting and budgetary control and expenditure monitoring tools by preparing monthly/quarterly and yearly budget vs. actual expenditure statement and variance analysis report • Monitoring proper utilization of budget and funds to ensure accuracy and compliance and charging codes. • Supervise, and monitor the performance of finance, admin, support staff, driver, and cleaner. • Prepare financial report as per Donor and Organization requirements and submit in the required deadline. • Bank account operation & coordination and Cash & Bank Reconciliation. • Experience in keeping sufficient funds for country office operation/field office • Strong Coordination & Relation building with stakeholders • Process payment to vendors/staff and for any procurement •Ensured tax compliance and submission of annual returns for the company as well as other statutory compliance. • Process monthly payroll for the country office • Capacity building of the Partners and In-house finance and administration colleague • Year-end Accounts for audit and the other necessary reports for the donors • Experience on VAT & TAX / VAT Coupon reporting & usage and USAID rules & regulations • Sound knowledge of Accounting Software_ Quick Book,Agresso , Atlas, and AccpacFinancial Plans
