Amber Robinson is a Florida native who graduated from Georgetown University Law Center after receiving an academic achievement award for her coursework and participating in a semester-long clinical program that permitted her to work full-time in a public interest law firm in Washington, DC. Amber Robinson now owns a law firm and practices across the state of Florida, specializing in bankruptcy, employment and family law. She is accompanied by a firm administrator and two part-time law clerks. She offers a free consultation, conducts case management online or by traditional methods of phone and in-person meetings (or a combination of methods), and offers payment plans based on the type of case and proof of income. Amber encourages you to seek her out if you need an hour or two, help drafting a motion, or attendance at one hearing. I'd like to address two feedback responses I received below. I've had a very positive experience overall being a part of the Upwork Community and Upwork Support has been helpful whenever an issue has arisen that required a mediator. The responses from Ben Sagot and Anthony F. arose from fee disputes that Upwork Support had to get involved in to ensure that things were conducted appropriately. I welcome feedback throughout the course of a project so that I can make adjustments to satisfy a client's preferences on top of the requirements for a project. In both instances, Support intervened, reviewed the project guidelines, and reviewed the work completed. Financial disputes can cause people to become disgruntled and I understand that though I was grieved by the severity of the comments used to disparage since the outcomes were not as favorable for them. I hope you will consider my outlook on this and if there are any questions please feel free to reach out to me. I provide samples of work and I will produce quality work on time. Thank you for your time and consideration.Bankruptcy

Our expertise in business plans, commercial loan packages, and formation filings transforms visions into tangible realities. - And when the journey gets arduous, our business coaching and training modules provide the compass to steer through stormy seas, ensuring your course remains true. Specifically, our services include: • Assistance with identifying and packaging commercial loans for your business. • Identification of eligible grants and completing the grant application. • Researching and Writing Legal Policies, such as FOIA and grant management. • Developing Legal Strategy, Researching and Writing for legal professionals. • Creating marketing concepts including Commercial and Instructional Videos. • Consulting and Training for Business Strategy. • Completing applications for 8A and other minority designations for business contracts. We want to relieve you of your stress, free up your time and save money. Distance or geography does not affect our ability to serve you: PREPARATION OF AGREEMENTS AND LEGAL PLEADINGS: Businesses rely on business agreements to succeed. These agreements simplify operations and processes, reducing friction between parties. The following is a list of a few of the documents that can be prepared on your behalf: - Commercial and Residential Lease Agreements - Bylaws, Covenants and Declarations - Employment Agreement - Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) - Non-compete agreement - Request for Proposal (RFP) - Statement of Work (SOW) - Terms of Use - Security and Privacy Addendum - Memorandum of Understanding - License Agreements APPELLATE BRIEF: Winning your case starts with a strong brief. Whether there was a substantive or procedural error in the lower court's decision, the appellate brief must persuasively state the facts and law in your case. It must be written in a way that tells your story clearly, while presenting strong legal arguments. LEGAL RESEARCH What exactly is legal research? It is an in-depth review of the laws, including statutes, regulations, and court opinions, which apply to the facts and circumstances of a given case. Typically, legal research is conducted in order to find support for a particular legal issue or decision. For instance, attorneys may conduct legal research in order to back up their arguments in court motions or briefs. There are a lot more situations in which legal research is necessary. DOCUMENT CONTROL SYSTEM AND DOCUMENT REVIEW Businesses may benefit from internal policies which review standard operating procedures (SOP) in order to regulate paper-based, partially electronic, and fully electronic methods of document archiving. We assist you with the review process. BUSINESS PLANS AND/OR COMMERCIAL LOAN PACKAGES Preparation is key to success. Whether it is a business plan or a commercial loan package. It should contain answers to questions that will be raised. For example, who are you and what is your business? Are you offering services or products or both? Are they unique? Who are your customers and why will they work with you? What actions are you going to take to market your business? BUSINESS FORMATION AND FILINGS Formulating a business name and identification will be the first major decision for your business. The second is what type of business will you operate? Should it be a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, limited liability corporation, etc.? What is the risk involved and the tax liability? BUSINESS COACHING AND TRAINING MODULES Regular business coaching offers a mixture of accountability, strategic guidance, and tough love. It encourages daily planning and uses various marketing strategies.Bankruptcy

I’m an attorney with an MBA and hold four certifications in contract law: one from Harvard, two from Yale, and one from UPenn. Additionally, I have a certification from Leiden in 'Arbitration of International Commercial Disputes. Please read "Do You Make These Mistakes in Contracts" and watch my profile video. The write up: "Do You Make These Mistakes in Contracts" is there in my portfolio. I "SPECIALIZE" in contract law. I do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ELSE. When it comes to anything related to contract law, I can be your best bet. I feel, I have substantially superior knowledge of ALL aspects of contract law than most attorneys – contract drafting, contract review, interpretation of contracts when disputes arise, sector-specific differences among contracts, International chamber of commerce model clauses which give parties a neutral framework for their contractual relationship drafted by experts of CLP commission (Commission on Commercial law and practice), UNCITRAL (United Nations Commissions on International Trade Law) guidelines, contract management, contract lifecycle management, smart contracts and more. I have dedicated my life to excellence in contract law and I hone my skills EVERY SINGLE DAY to raise them to Olympian standards in this branch of law which I consider to be the foundation of most commercial relationships. When it comes to ANYTHING related to "CONTRACT LAW", I can be your best bet. WHY CONTRACT DRAFTING IS A HIGHLY SPECIALIZED JOB? A contract creates a private body of law between its parties. Contract drafting is unlike any other form of writing. The goal, unlike most other forms of writing, is not to persuade or inform. The goal of a contract is to describe WITH PRECISION the substance of the meeting of two minds, in language that will be interpreted by each subsequent reader in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. This sounds deceptively easy. It’s NOT easy. The foundation of a precisely written contract is crystal clear understanding between the parties which needs brainstorming and hard work. Usually what appears on the surface is only tip of the iceberg. As a lawyer my job is to help the client think through all the issues that lie beneath that proverbial tip of the iceberg. Lawyers are trained to spot issues and as a lawyer my job is to protect your interest by spotting all the potential issues that may arise in connection with each element of the transaction. As Charles Stross has put is: “Contract law is essentially a defensive scorched-earth battleground where the constant question is, “if my business partner was possessed by a brain-eating monster from beyond spacetime tomorrow, what is the worst thing they could do to me?” WHY SHOULD YOU CONSIDER ME? A stitch times saves nine. Contract drafting and review is an area where a seemingly small omission right now can give rise to big business dispute in future. When it comes to contract law, I can be your best bet for three reasons: 1. Superior domain expertise. 2. Specialized knowledge of contract drafting. 3. High personal attention. WHY DO I SAY THAT? 1. SUPERIOR DOMAIN EXPERTISE: I have highly specialized knowledge of contract law and because of my complete focus on it, I refine my skills EVERY SINGLE DAY. These efforts include having done a course on “The arbitration of International disputes” from Leiden, a course on ‘Legal Tech’ from I.E. Business School, Spain, a course on “Computer Science from Lawyers” from Harvard, to understand how using technology better due diligence can be done to avoid future problems. I’m currently working on advancing my knowledge on “Investor State Arbitration” and differences in contract law among countries as well as specialized features of contracts related to specific industries such as “negotiating extractive contracts”. 2. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE OF DRAFTING CONTRACTS: If contract law is a highly specialized field of knowledge, contract drafting is even more so. It’s very different from most other forms of writing. The goal is: describe WITH PRECISION the substance of the meeting of two minds, in language that will be interpreted by each subsequent reader in EXACTLY THE SAME WAY. 3. HIGH PERSONAL ATTENTION: You will get high attention. I will do the needed homework to understanding your concerns and then do my best to address those concerns. SO, IN A NUTSHELL, “WHY” SHOULD YOU CONSIDER ME? Specialization and high personal attention. I have specialized knowledge and I am focused and you will get high personal attention. As the headline of a Swiss bank said: “At times you might wonder! Are you our only client?” When it comes to contract law, I can be your best bet. STILL NOT SURE? I can TOTALLY understand and I invite you to send me your questions. I don’t sell. I only help my clients make informed decisions.Bankruptcy

I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, finished in the top 7% of my law school class, where I graduated with honors and was selected as a Managing Editor of the Law Review, worked as a law clerk for a federal judge where I drafted opinions for the judge's review and briefed the judge on applicable law, and I was trained at Ballard Spahr and Morgan Lewis, two of the largest law firms in the United States. I also acquired, built and sold dozens of businesses, exposing me to corporate and securities law from a real world, entrepreneurial perspective. I did most of the contractual, M&A, tax planning, employment law and other legal work myself for my own companies because I love practicing law. I thoroughly enjoy working with business owners and their management teams to craft efficient and creative solutions to legal challenges. That's why I returned to the full-time practice of law after building and selling a number of successful businesses. I’m now seeking creative ways to build a practice that fits into my lifestyle, and that requires primarily working remotely. Upwork is an ideal platform for me to connect with innovative business owners, corporations and law firms seeking top-notch legal work that leverages technology to meet both my objectives and and my clients' goals as well. I have substantial experience with mergers and acquisitions, tax planning (I also have an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU), employment law, corporate formation and governance. I've helped many clients comply with securities law issues in connection with raising capital through private placements and crowdfunding transactions. NEED HELP WITH A BUSINESS LAW CHALLENGE? Following an education in Philosophy and English/Literature, I have put together a well-rounded life in real estate, business, creative writing and the legal profession. My education provided me with the tools to develop my natural talents to think thoroughly and write well. In the legal profession, knowing that the slightest nuance or the choice of just the right word can completely change an outcome, the ability to write and express yourself well is the key to success. During the last few decades I have researched and written documents for civil and criminal cases for presentation to various Federal & State Courts. My range of experience has been in real estate, civil, bankruptcy, personal injury, guardianship, probate, family and criminal issues. I have also researched and drafted Qui Tam and Bivens Complaints. Legal documents I have drafted have been presented in County, State, Federal, Bankruptcy, BAP and other factions of the legal system. The legal research tools that I have at my fingertips provide me with quick, and thorough, answers to legal issues. Additionally, I work in the creative writing and art fields. I have recently edited a series of 40 books for children and aided in the assembling the writing and artwork in those books for the publisher. I have edited writings from various authors (poets, short story writers, novelists and playwrights). My proofreading and editing work has also been used for white papers, Masters theses, business and legal papers. I work extremely well with deadlines and am happy to put in extra hours to complete projects in a timely manner for a successful conclusion.Bankruptcy
