I have experience in: - Project managing, - GIS, - Land Consolidation, - Photogrammetry, - LiDAR, - Mapping and - Programming Photogrammetry expert: I was involved in orthophoto production (project manager or expert) for more then 78000km2 of orthophoto maps (plans) and DTM in Serbia and BiH. I did photogrammetric data processing including production line setup, bundle adjustment, digital terrain model generation, quality control of orthophoto and digital terrain model, with images taken with the standard photogrammetric camera and with Drone technology. Point cloud classification and DTM production from point cloud data. GIS expert: I was involved in design, establishment, data preparation (spatial and alphanumerical data - ETL data processing), data integration, data quality control check using different GIS software (AutoCAD, Bentley, ArcGIS, Manifold, QGIS) and different RDBMS (ArcGIS personal database, MySQL, Postgres) for clients who were mostly municipalities. Land Consolidation: setup production line, development consolidation plan that covering new road network, channel network, arable blocks position, working with LC Commision and Board of Participant, preparation report inline with methodology and good practice, Management, and programming. Programming: In all those projects I did programming staff depending on project and possibilities of automatization: for land consolidation project I developed the application which deals with spatial and alphanumerical and covers procedural all aspect of a Land consolidation process; for surveying projects, I developed a lot of VBA function for AutoCAD; for LiDAR projects, I developed the methodology for increasing accuracy of the final delivery using ArcGIS software for processing of LiDAR data. A lot of working time a spend processing alphanumerical or spatial data, and using excel, different RDBMS (mostly MySQL) or writing code (VB or C#, sometimes python) which would give me exactly format and parsing data as I need.
