I'm a business contracts attorney and have negotiated contracts with organizations and governments spanning the globe, across five continents. I have worked on deals in more than 30 countries and have completed agreements totaling billions of dollars involving manufacturing, technology and software, consulting, and technical and professional services. After graduating from Tulane University Law School, I began working in the legal department of a Fortune 250 corporation, negotiating international military defense and commercial contracts. After a few years, I then transitioned to a litigation firm, where I focused on class action and complex litigation. Today, I spend most of my time negotiating and managing software and professional services contracts on behalf of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. Outside of my legal practice, I am also an investor and am pursuing an MBA in Finance.Paralegal Services

Future corporate lawyer, current teacher and lifelong humanitarian. I’m a third-year law student at Southern University Law Center. While others may want to handle flashy cases that make the news, I want to solve the many issues that businesses may face, advise them on their numerous legal rights, responsibilities and obligations, and work within a field where minorities are highly underrepresented. However, if I do have the opportunity to handle a flashy case that makes the news, that works as well.Paralegal Services
