With nearly 15 years of service and experience as a state legislator, practicing attorney, and community organizer, I have established myself as a dedicated leader and public servant with success throughout numerous markets. With a career spanning across the private and non-profit sectors alike, my work comprises a breadth of legal and litigation expertise, public policy, campaign management, political activism, public speaking, and a variety of communications capacities. I am transitioning out of active legal practice and looking to freelance full-time, which will allow me to spend more time with my wife and my two young sons, Atticus and Augustus (also known as Goose). I can tailor my writing style to pretty much whatever the project requires, but my natural style is conversational with humor sprinkled in to keep the reader entertained.
During my time in elected office, I became an expert in social media content and management, running numerous campaigns for both public and private sector groups and businesses. I was actually featured in several regional newspapers for my innovations in using social media as an elected official.
I recently completed a six-month stint as National Marketing and Sales Manager for a legal-based startup called 919Law, plus I run my own blog and a handful of other pages for clients with Non-Disclosure Agreements. Social media is an everyday part of my existence, and I love to help others succeed when possible.
I am currently a political consultant with my own startup company (Perpetual Fortitude) working with Democratic campaigns doing general strategy, web design, voter contact, and social media strategy and management. I have strong ties with several prominent Pennsylvania Democrats, both on the elected side as well as on the campaign management side. My goal is to work on campaigns full-time, which would dovetail perfectly with what you're looking for in your ad.
My campaign management experience spans several state legislative races, a Congressional primary (2018), and numerous races at the county and local levels.
I recently joined an award-winning automated calling and polling vendor based in Pennsylvania that only works with Democratic campaigns (CPEC - Democratic Consulting, Polling, and Election Calling) as sales manager; I also have my own political online clothing store (Spunky Swag) where I do all of the design work and marketing myself.
My experience runs the gamut from complex legal pleadings and briefs to policy analysis to compelling editorial content to first-person narratives to humor.
