Takeoff for architectural items: 1- Wall assemblies including but not limited to; drywall or cement board with a level of finish, batt insulation, framing, and plywood sheathing. 2- All types of floor finishes (tiles, hardwood floor, stone, marble, exterior floors decking). 3- All kinds of ceiling finishes (drywall on furring channels, soffits, acoustical ceiling). 4- All interior wall finishes (tiles, painting, cladding). 5- All exterior finishes (siding, stucco, stone, cement panels). 6- All interior trims (molding, floor baseboard, doors, and windows trims) doors and windows takeoff. 7- All types of insulation whether batt insulation for walls, ceiling, and roof, and waterproofing insulation for wet areas. 8- roof finishes (roof shingles, metal roof, and roof pavers). Takeoff Softwares: 1- Planswift. 2- Autocad.
