I require someone to help us with on-page SEO for our company "Bliss Bean Bags" located in Sydney, Australia.
We have worked in the SEO field for a few years, however since launching an ecommerce business we have been out of the loop for a year or two. Currently we only service delivery Australia wide. So the focus needs only to be for the Aus market.
After the new site build late last year, we need to tackle some pretty important issues, such as correctly marking H1 tags for each page, creating the correct meta descriptions and overall a much better site structure including the creation of a site map for submission through GWT.
There are a ton of other changes that should also be addressed for the site overall, such as Search engines directing a majority of our traffic to the homepage only - Which we understand can be detrimental moving forward with our other marketing efforts.
We currently rank #7 for our head term "bean bags" however through SEM I have search term reports and other data which will make your job a little easier when it comes to focusing on other head terms and tail terms which are needed for on-page work.
We don't need any help building links - This job is purely to use tools such as Moz/SEMRush with your experience and create a plan to optimise the entire site moving forward. We have our own web dev team who can make the necessary changes you will recommend to us.
We would love somebody to converse with and come up with other creative avenues to make the most of this SEO plan. Such as the correct way to structure category pages/sub category pages with new keywords/markets we want to target this year.
We don't need to rank #1 next week, nor do we need promises to get links to get to the top of of the SERP's. We are looking to work with someone that is very experienced in eCommerce SEO, understands SEO inside out and can offer suggestions for a long term approach to our business. All while understanding there are some "low hanging fruit" opportunities we should be taking advantage of right now.
