We are considering using virtual reality to showcase our home designs on empty lots. We need our homes 3D rendered in order to do so. They need to be in a .OBJ or .DAE file. We would the home to look similar in detail to their current print renderings. We want to start with 3D rendering 10 homes and see how it goes.

I have an existing model which is a scan. It may need remodeling to optimize it for print. I then need a hole put into it and I need a separate cylinder part designed which will slot into the hole. The inside of the model is hollow so it will need a 1mm circular wall put inside so the cylinder model can slot into it. The hole needs to go inside of the model at a slight angle. See picture. For the cylinder part: There will be a magnet placed into the hole on my existing model and also a magnet at the end of the new cylinder model. Once the cylinder is placed into the hole it will stick with the magnet. It has a lip which sticks out of the other end which is about a third of the way up. This can be spun around 180* to offer two different heights. When it is slot into the hole the flip side, (so the magnet is facing out) it will slot into the gaps and finish flush on the outside of the trigger. Final steps (maybe needed) After this, i will need a few extra changes to the existing model. I need the writing on the topside smoothed out, so it no longer reads anything. I also need a change to the sizing of a part of it.

Always looking for an experienced 3D CAD specialist to prepare CAD data (provided mostly in 3DS MAX or CAD) for scale model printing. Must be experienced with 3D modelling software (3DS MAX preferred, AutoCAD/Revit is great priority bonus, Fusion 360 as well a bonus) and 3D printing as well as architecture model making. We are a company based in Qatar, Middle East. We print with diverse 3D printing service providers (globally), therefore it is of benefit, if you have this experience with some of those as well and know the technology and your own work in order to quickly evaluate time and cost needed to finalize a project with us for our clients. It's great if you are a creative one. We support talents and people we can rely on during our projects. As in all businesses, time and money are of huge importance, however we do what we do, because we love it too. If you love what you do, this is definitely one of your biggest assets. Always looking for great talents to work with! We currently have 2 ongoing projects and plenty more to come. We'd love to know you better. Show us your work and describe your experience. Tell us about your availability, monetary expectations and let's get started. Looking forward to hearing from you, Cheers, Zee
