We are looking for a tester for timesheet web app. We also have an iOS and Android app, which we will test later. The web app is built using responsive design. Testing will involve creating manual checklist style scripts after the overview given by our company and developing new checklists and use cases to follow based on new functionality. Testing should be done both to follow reasonable use cases and also with a mind to “break” the software and expose bugs that would not be found during normal usage (overfilling fields, using special characters in boxes, weird navigation paths, etc). The ideal tester will be able to test the platform at minimum on the following browsers and devices: Google Chrome Internet Explorer Firefox Microsoft Edge browser Safari Chromebooks Last two versions of IOS (on both iPhone and iPad) Last two versions of Android The ideal tester will be familiar (not necessarily fluent) with the following technologies: HTML, Javascript, CSS. We are looking to try a candidate for a limited number of hours before committing to a longer, ongoing engagement. Good communication skills in English are a must.

Greetings! We're looking for a talented technical QA engineer who is well versed with Java. The requirement is to be able to create a straightforward test framework to test two web based REST APIs. The framework should accept parameter inputs from an excel file and call the APIs for every parameter combination (essentially rows) that has been configured in the excel. The output of the API needs to be checked by querying the platform's database schema to ensure that all the data elements have been accurately registered with the database. This framework needs to be written in Java. Please note that this is programmatic automation testing of our APIs that do not have a front-end component to it. The consumers of our APIs will eventually write code to be able to consume them.
