Hello I am a self publisher and I’m looking for an assistant to be part of kindle publishing business. As my business has grown I’m in need of someone who’s willing to help further the growth of my business. As an assistant I’m looking for someone that can help me with several tasks that included but not limited to:
- Be able to review books and give feedback
- Formatting books in MS Word for “Kindle”
- Formatting books in MS Word for “CreateSpace”
- Proof read and edit my Kindle books
- Publishing Kindle books in my KDP account
- Promote and market my Kindle books on Facebook and Twitter
- Submit my Kindle books to several websites
- And much more!
As you can already see there are a lot of opportunities to make money within the business.
I will train you with step-by-step videos and include documents to ensure you understand everything. You don’t need to have prior experience working with Amazon Kindle these videos will explain everything but enthusiasm and hard work is really important to me. I will either pay per hour, or negotiate a fixed pay rate for each task.
This will be upon further discussion. There is also potential for a higher position to be a Manager, where you can work with and manage other people to help grow my Kindle publishing business. The added work will lead to more opportunities for you to make money.
I’m looking for someone who is reliable, a quick learner, good communicator, and will go above and beyond to complete the necessary tasks.
The longevity of employment will depend on your performance if you perform well with the task given this can be a long term position. The individual will also be rewarded with more hours and bonuses if done a good job.
