This is a short-term project for troubleshooting and fixing bugs in a custom wordpress/woocommerce/moodle integration that we have. The primary phase of the project is done, but there are a couple of remaining bugs that we are having trouble squashing and we need some fresh eyes on the project. There are two main things that are keeping us from really marketing this the way we need to: Custom cart/enrollment form: We have a custom shopping cart/enrollment form where customers can add moodle courses, create/select users for the moodle site, create/select additional users who will receive email notifications for progress (more on this later), and finally, pay and checkout. The problem is that when using the Stripe payment gateway, the form will complete/close without calling the stripe payment gateway. There is a button on the bottom of the form that should reflect the selected payment method, saying either “Proceed to PayPal” or “Proceed to Credit Card”, but it sometimes says “Place Order”. When it says “Place Order” - Stripe does not work… it does not open the pop-up. The form completes, but the order is stuck in “Pending Payment” and, of course, the ‘student’ is not enrolled in the course even though (to the customer) it looks like the transaction was successful… although they did not enter any payment information. We tried the in-line Stripe payment form, but we started getting js/JQuerry errors with that. Also, (probably not related to the custom form) We had a problem when a customer’s card was declined for no known reason and the cart did not inform her that it was declined. Email notification reports: We have 3 things that get emailed to customer selected contacts: Completion Reports (Consisting of a report of the activities done in a course, and a completion certificate), Daily Reports (a report of a user’s daily activity if they’ve had any), and Usage Alerts (not implemented at this time). The reports themselves seem to be working, but we are getting inconsistent results with receiving the emails in our testing. Also, daily reports are using UTC time instead of Los_Angeles time despite being specified in the .php files themselves. As you can see, two main issues with a couple more minor things that are more or less related to them. If needed, more detail can be provided.

So I am in the early stages of creating a local-non profit and need help with the website. The non-profit organization is called "Veterans Rise" and geared towards assisting veterans of all branches transition from military to civilian life (think 'Wounded Warrior Project', 'Operation Homefront', and 'Soldier's Angels'). All I did so far was register the domain name with GoDaddy and did not purchase the website extras they presented me. I am hoping I can go a different route, possibly use Squarespace or Wix to create the pages, but any input you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I would like the site to allow for charity donations using stripe, Paypal, credit card transactions, and any other payment options available within the website. Looking for someone who can create an amazing looking site from scratch and is experienced with creating what I am looking for exactly. This project would require a longer than usual commitment and possibly some long-term technical support as well.

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress specialist to work with me to improve our site, While I have a general idea of what needs to be improved, I am seeking your consultation and expertise as to how best to capture the uniqueness of our organization and the experience it can offer campers. I am also interested in optimizing where possible the appeal of the site to new visitors and more specifically, increasing the number of inquiries we receive. Since I have WordPress experience of my own and manage every aspect of the business online, I plan to continue to improve the site beyond this project. However, I believe it needs to be overhauled (not completely scratched). I've drafted much of the copy that will be used throughout the improved site, and I have a general idea of how I want to lay it out. I need consultation and guidance more than anything else.

I am expecting an apartment promotion website with lots of pictures & interaction. The design is provided in a sketch file. The associated design is pretty self explanatory and must be respected. The website should adapt itself to screens of different sizes. A settings file is provided and influence the behaviour of the website. The settings file partially includes the content of the website. There are 3 flats to promote, the settings file allows which file is promoted first. There is an overview section for each flat. This overview section appears after a certain delay and disappear after a certain delay based on parameters in the settings file or could be closed with an upper right corner cross. The content is provided in an html file. The height of the overview window will adapt based on the content. There are a couple of buttons that will show (on mouse over) another frame with content. There is a one-liner text that is different for every flat. The picture navigation only appears when the mouse is active. Pictures will change every X seconds (X defined in the settings file). The number of pictures per flat might vary so the website should be smart enough to switch from the various pictures (from 1 to many). See files on dropbox: . Any questions, let me know.
