We are a team of three Sr. process engineers with extensive experience in process engineering for the Oil & gas, nuclear, and food industries. Extensive project involvement includes Conceptual design preparation, Basic Engineering Package (BEP), Front End Engineering and Design (FEED), and detailed design. THE TEAM: Pablo Fernandez: A 9-year experienced Process Engineer. Developed steady-state Aspen Hysys/Aspen Plus simulations in upstream, the LNG industry, and lithium extraction. Martin Danze: An 8-year experienced Process Engineer. Developed steady-state Aspen Hysys/Aspen Plus simulations in upstream, downstream, the LNG industry, and lithium extraction. We provide the following services: • development of process description • development of design basis / user requirements • development of control philosophy • development of cause-and-effect matrices • development of operation manuals • preparation of heat and material balance (HMB) using process simulators if needed. • Utility Summary and Utility Design information development • Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Material Selection Diagrams (MSD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) development • equipment sizing (distillation columns, compressors, pumps, separators, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc) and datasheet specification • control valve sizing and datasheet specification • development of hydraulic calculations • simulation of water hammer • process instrument data sheet specification • process equipment lists, chemical and emission summaries • preparation of bill of materials • participate in HAZOP reviews • development of conceptual 3D models of equipment to polish complex equipment design (such as distillation columns, separators, demisters) from the process design perspective.
