Over 9 years working as developers for NerdsOnSite as well as some external clients, we are a team comformed by 5 members with same experience and different skills to fulfill your needs and to make sure your project will be delivered on time and zero issues. Laravel and ASP.NET MVC is our strongest skill and as well, proficient in Javascript as well (either traditional js, jQuery or the newest framework AngularJS). We normally develop using either MySQL or MS SQL database. Also we use bootstrap, its the best idea now to have responsive UI in your site that allow adapting on both desktop and mobile. The development methodology that we use is Scrum, this is a well known and used framework based on iterations of fixed length (usually 2 weeks, but could be from 1 week to 4 weeks, we suggest 2 weeks), these iterations are called Sprints. During these Sprints, there should be regular meetings (could be on a daily basis) to make sure everything is going well or if there are some potentially issues in development process and/or to help any team member in case it's stuck with a certain feature. After this Sprint, there should be a delivery (deployment) with an incremental version of the system which has to be functional or at least some reviewable. About the communication we prefer written communication to keep logs of our interactions, but we are also willing to keep spoken meetings in case you feel comfortable with them. To keep track of our tasks, bugs, pending issues, etc. We currently use Jira platform so every step and process within the project can be reviewed at any time by you or us. We can provide our agency Skype to keep communication on daily basis if you want, personal emails, and/or any other communication means you would need.
