We care and we mean it!... Every team member of JQluv has had experiences with a business that has let them down at some point in their life. We’ve felt the pain and we know what it’s like. We would NEVER want any of our clients to experience that awful dreaded rollercoaster of emotions. This is one of the main reasons we have all come together and formed this company. Every team member has a passion; which is to help our clients using what we already love to do, using what we are capable of performing and what we are just awesome at. What keeps us going are those moments when we know we have been able to assist with a business to overcome an obstacle and grow from that, using our services, our abilities, and our products. We truly get a thrill out of it when a client shows or explains to us how we’ve been able to help them. We LUV the compliment but understand it’s the hard work and dedication that gets us to that point. Customer Service... Customer service is a topic that some have to ‘focus’ in order to provide that. With us, it’s natural to provide the best customer services. It just makes common business sense; don’t you agree? You’ll find that our President, Vana Moua, is adamant about providing beyond excellent customer care to everyone and not just our clients. He has over 10 years of customer service experience and it’s in his nature to just be as friendly as possible. We Care But Also With Quality... We embrace quality within our procedures, our services, and our products so our clients receive exactly what they are coming to us for. It would not be beneficial to provide anything less because we depend on their trust and their word to spread to other interested clients. You can count on us to providing our very best quality workmanship and dedication - each and every time you work with us. Our Final Thoughts... At the end of the day, we are just like you; a business trying to make it within this community. You are great at what you do, which is why you have a business that offers (either) services or products. We offer our services because we are great at what we do. We do not use selling tactics to persuade you to purchase our services or products that will not benefit you or your business. Simply, if you do have a need for our services (please refer to our “services that we offer” sheet), we give you ‘our word’ that we will provide that to you at 110%, period!
