Breakup of people with skill area wise is as below: Data Analytics – 4 people Android Application development – 6 people Web application development – 5 people Word press developers - 4 people Search engine optimization and social media optimization(SEO/SMO) - 3 people Project Management – 2 people (additional skills of data analytics and web application development) Our Models of Project Execution 1) Fixed Price – One time charge for defined and agreed upon requirements 2) Time and Material – Hourly charges for people assigned to the project 3) Capacity model – maintaining a core team with flexibility to ramp up and ramp down depending on the need 4) Risk and Reward – We co-develop products along with our customer where customer owns sales and marketing and we own development with defined cut in the sales.
