THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK Johnny has founded over ten businesses, sold three, and spent more than 30 years building and managing companies. At 26, he led a 14-location collision repair chain across four states. Later, as Director of Operations for a 25-location firm with a $25 million P&L, he turned unprofitable locations into profitable ones and cut staff turnover by 93%. His experience spans automotive collision, construction, home improvement, distribution, manufacturing, photography, real estate, and business brokerage. Johnny has worked hands-on in the trades, swinging hammers and turning wrenches, and held roles through CEO, COO, and CFO, covering Accounting, operations, sales, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and the sale of his own companies. He uses that range to analyze business challenges, drawing on similar situations he has dealt with before. His recommendations are designed so changes in one area can help improve others.
