We are an agency operating from Suriname for college students, stay-at-home moms, and dads. Our greatest activity is offering online customer support and translation services. We have administrative, financial, and technical expertise. We also have experience in phone support, administrative and financial tasks, chat support, internet research, and some other skills. Furthermore, we offer fast and affordable services in the languages Dutch and English by native speakers. All team members are hardworking and fast learning team players.

Customer Service
We offer Customer Support services for only $ 3.5 per hour and we can cover up to 24/7 hours a week. Most of the support agents have experience with Zendest, Freshdesk, Helpshift, Helpscout, and Rave. They also have an understanding of Dropshipping and they have experience in customer support.
