Mass Software Solutions is a web, mobile and AI product development company serving agencies, startups and SMEs. We also implemented production AI within Dial To Let, a live property platform. Its capabilities include tenant and owner RAG assistants, document and database retrieval, query routing, location normalization, confidence-based automation and administrator review. The solution uses Python, LangChain, Qdrant, OpenAI embeddings and Amazon Bedrock. We design and develop WordPress websites, WooCommerce solutions, Shopify stores, landing pages and business websites. Our capabilities include custom WordPress themes and plugins, Figma or HTML to WordPress, migrations, integrations, fixes and optimization, plus work across Squarespace, Wix and Webflow.
