PJ Consulting
Overview
WHO WE ARE PJ Consulting started long before it had a name. Founder Patrice Jackson began her freelance career on Elance, building a reputation one client at a time, and stayed through the platform's transition to Upwork, adapting and growing the entire way. By age 21, that early hustle had already earned her a seat as General Manager, leading full business operations rather than just supporting them. In the years since, she has worked in the trenches as a General Manager, Operations Manager, HR Manager, and Project Manager for companies across the globe, building the kind of hands-on credibility that comes from actually running the work, not just advising on it. That same drive, hard work, self belief, and a refusal to deliver anything less than great service, is what built PJ Consulting. After more than a decade as an individual freelancer with a 100% Job Success score and Top Rated status to show for it, the agency was created to bring that same standard to more teams at once, backed by a dedicated business instead of a single contractor's bandwidth. When you work with PJ Consulting, you're working directly with that track record, not getting routed to a junior team member learning on your project. Every engagement starts with understanding how your team actually works, not what a generic template assumes, which is why the systems we build get used long after the engagement ends instead of sitting abandoned a month later. HOW WE WORK We start every engagement with a short process mapping phase to understand how your team actually works today, where tasks stall, where handoffs break down. From there, we configure your ClickUp or Jira workspace, automations, and integrations around that mapped process, not a generic template. Every project closes with written SOPs and a training session, plus a follow up check in to catch adoption issues early.

Product Management & Scrum
We document how your team's work should flow, then build SOPs and templates that keep things consistent as you grow. This turns tribal knowledge into a repeatable process anyone on the team can follow, in ClickUp or Jira.
