HOW WE WORK We start every engagement with a short process mapping phase to understand how your team actually works today, where tasks stall, where handoffs break down. From there, we configure your ClickUp or Jira workspace, automations, and integrations around that mapped process, not a generic template. Every project closes with written SOPs and a training session, plus a follow up check in to catch adoption issues early.
