The brand's visual identity is traditional, reflecting its long-standing presence in the market. Company Mission: To provide personalized shoe fittings that ensure comfort and performance, tailored to each customer's unique needs. Vision: To be the premier destination for athletes and individuals seeking expert guidance and high-quality footwear, fostering a community of active and healthy lifestyles. Core Values: Personalized service, community engagement, expertise in foot health, and a commitment to quality. 2. Reason for Rebranding Why now?: With the recent transition to new ownership by sisters Allie and Layney Vincent, who have been part of the Swag's family since their youth, there is an opportunity to refresh the brand to reflect this new chapter while honoring its rich heritage. https://spectrumnews1.com/ky/louisville/news/2024/08/19/swag-s-sport-shoes-new-owners- Specific Challenges with Current Branding: The existing branding may not fully capture the dynamic and inclusive vision of the new leadership, nor appeal to a broader, more diverse customer base. Objectives of the Rebrand What we hope to achieve: Modernize the brand to reflect the new female-led ownership. Attract a wider and more diverse customer base outside of the sports world. Color Palette Preferences: A modern and vibrant palette that appeals to a diverse audience, with colors conveying energy and trust. (open to different options) Typography: Clean and contemporary fonts that are easily readable and convey professionalism and approachability. Would be a bonus if this were compatible with Canva fonts, as that is where we do most of our design work. 7. Competitors and Industry Insight Direct Competitors: Fleet Feet, Ken Combs, Running Soles and other specialty running stores. Industry Trends: Emphasis on personalized customer experiences, community involvement, and inclusive marketing strategies. Differentiation: Swags stands out through its deep-rooted community ties, expertise, personalized fitting process, and the unique story of its new female ownership. 8.
