I’m developing an idea to final design ready for manufacturing. Through concept development, prototyping, optimization with sourcing and to mechanical design we will achieve feasible, effective and reliable design prepared for further steps at fabrication. Why work with me? For more than 8 years I’m working on mechanical design, design for certain kind of fabrication and creating parts, mechanisms and products with strict requirements to function, aesthetics and cost effectiveness in particular scales. I’ve worked on various products utilizing different technologies and fabrication equipment. I’m familiar with many aspects of manufacturing processes and I’m preparing all details of my design for certain tool optimal for the job. I worked on development, prototyping and preparing for manufacturing of products involving CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, weldments and structural components, machine design. Also plastic molding (injection or injection blow molding), it’s entire another area. My main tool is SolidWorks, which I use for design of each part and whole assembly, running FEA when it’s needed, revising previous design and preparing drawings. It gives us design files in 3D model or assembly with according documentation, ready for further processing depending on the purpose, and editable source files that can be used for revisions in future. It can be prepared for any other format, for example for 3D printing or visualization (product rendering). And also I’m providing 2D drawings of part/assembly/product: GD&T, assembly with BOM, cut-list for sheet metal or weldments or drawings for service documentation.
