"I used David for tech help with a virtual speaking gig I did. David was recommended to me by someone else who had great experiences with him. So glad they did! Technology is not my strong suit but I needed to give a Zoom presentation and wanted to use Zoom rooms. Not only did David easily and efficiently help place my audience into "rooms" when it was time, but he also helped create a beautiful deck of slides with music to start the program; was in charge of recording the program and running my PowerPoint; helped me stay on time by switching slides at the right time; helping with "raising" and "lowering hands" during the program; and made sure I got the link of the presentation promptly when it was over. He even did a few edits on the presentation video for me! Importantly, also was that before the program he met with me to go over things that were important as well - like: setting all the correct Zoom settings; if I had the right internet speed/set up to be able to not have anyone "drop"; when to actually start the presentation; talked to me about microphone and lighting considerations; what names/contacts to put in the Zoom Chat so people could get questions answered if any technical issues came up during the presentation; if I wanted to have people be able to use mic/video or not, etc. And... he was not only competent and professional, but also quite easy to work with! The biggest thing he did for me was allow me to relax into doing what I do - which is speaking - because I felt comfortable trusting that David had all the back end/tech "stuff" covered. When I have another virtual gig where I need competent technology help, I'll definitely use David again."
