US Patent and Trademark Attorney

I am a licensed US attorney and have been prosecuting patent and trademark applications with the US Patent and Trademark office since 2000. I have been working as a solo practitioner since 2003. I work mostly with independent inventors and small start-ups. I have worked in every technical area and in those areas that I am not well-versed I have been thrilled to have learned new things from my clients. I have the ability to learn quickly and thrive on it. I also understand solos and entrepreneurs and provide my services in accordance with that, not as a typical firm does, i.e., I provide flat rates and offer payment plans and keep my rates low due to low overhead. I am always looking for new inventions to work on.
